The heated jacket liners are designed and manufactured by Warm & Safe Heated Gear, LLC. The heated jackets are sold in the UK and Europe by WarmandSafe, part of Skywalker Design Ltd. If you order the wrong size, you can exchange it. This product is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of One year. Manufacturing defects in the wires are guaranteed for the life of the garment.
